  • Siblings have a $15 off any concurrent camp.

  • Receive a $15 credit towards another camp when registration of referred (New to Woodland camper) person is paid in full. No limit, but must be written on registration form.

  • One child may attend tuition-free in exchange for an adult assisting for the week.

  • We believe that no child should be excluded because of family finances. We maintain a scholarship fund to apply to one camp. Often those with referral credits donate them to this fund. Please inquire.

  • Your child should wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes.

Shoes must have closed heels and toes for hiking! No other shoe is acceptable, and your child will not be allowed to stay if they are not wearing appropriate footwear.

  • We will be outside, so please apply sunscreen and bug repellent before you come. You will receive an email during the week prior to your camp letting you know of any other specific items to bring and what to expect for the week.

  • We ask each child to bring their own snack (and lunch if they are staying a full day) and a water bottle. Label both with a name! We can provide water refills throughout the day.

  • Some camps prepare and eat additional snacks throughout the week. Teachers will try to accommodate specific needs, but teachers and parents may decide that a particular camp is not a safe environment for some allergies.

If your child has severe allergies, including bees, you must send a labeled Epipen to camp each day. Be sure to note ALL allergies on the registration form.

A CPR/First Aid trained teacher is on site.

  • This will be explained in an email prior to each camp. Carpooling is encouraged.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to pay a $10 late fee before returning.

Please be considerate of our teaching staff and pick your child up on time.
